What §206 requires of a Manhattan LLC
Every newly formed New York LLC must publish a Notice of Formation once a week for six successive weeks, in two newspapers designated by the county clerk — one daily, one weekly — and then file a Certificate of Publication with the Department of State, along with a $50 filing fee, within 120 days of formation.
