Our 100% money-back guarantee

If we fail to deliver your complete, ready-to-file Certificate of Publication packet — or the NY Department of State rejects your filing because of an error we made (wrong newspaper, defective notice text, missing affidavit) — we'll re-publish at our own expense or refund your entire payment, not just our service fee. That's stronger than the industry standard, and we mean it.

Cancelling before your notices are submitted to the newspapers

Cancel any time for a full refund — 100% of what you paid. Publication begins only after a human reviews your order, so there is a real window to change your mind. Email us and we'll confirm the cancellation same-day.

After submission, before the 6-week run completes

Once your notice has been submitted and paid for at either designated newspaper, those costs cannot be recovered from the papers. We'll refund everything except the newspaper costs actually incurred.

After publication completes

Once both six-week runs have finished and affidavits are being collected, the service has been substantially delivered and the order is non-refundable.

What the guarantee doesn't cover

Rejections caused by inaccurate information you provided — for example, an LLC name that doesn't match Department of State records character-for-character — aren't covered, though we'll help you fix and republish at cost. This is why we ask you to double-check your LLC name at checkout.

How to request a refund

Email support@cheapnypublication.com from the address on your order. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
