$50 off out-of-state LLC publication until October 31, 2026. Is this you?

Your LLC's newspaper publication, handled.

New York makes every new LLC publish its formation in two newspapers within 120 days — or lose its right to do business. We run all six weeks, collect both affidavits, and hand you a ready-to-file packet. One flat price, wherever in New York your LLC is.

$300 in Albany County, $375 anywhere else in New York, and from $445 for an out-of-state LLC. 100% money-back guarantee.

What we handle

Three things a New York LLC has to do, and the only three we sell. One flat price each, quoted before you pay, with the state's own fees passed through at cost.

How it works

Three steps over about seven weeks. You only do the first and the last.

1

Tell us about your LLC

Enter your exact LLC name and office address — anywhere in New York. We detect your county and show your flat price on the spot. About two minutes.

2

We publish & track

We place your legal notice in both county-designated newspapers and track the full six-week run for you.

3

You file the packet

We collect the affidavits, assemble your Certificate of Publication, and email it with simple instructions. Sign, add the $50 state fee, mail it — about ten minutes.

Why us?

Most services bury fees, upsell mid-process, and route you through cluttered order forms. We quote one number and stand by it.

Questions

The details worth knowing before you start.

Why does my LLC have to publish in newspapers?

It's a New York requirement (LLC Law §206): new LLCs must publicly announce their formation in two newspapers so the public can see the business exists. Miss the 120-day window and the state can suspend your LLC's authority to do business.

Which newspapers — and can I pick them?

No — the county clerk designates them. For Albany County that's one daily and one weekly paper. We use the correct designated papers automatically, so the notice is valid.

How long does the whole thing take?

The notice runs once a week for six weeks. With affidavit collection on top, you'll have your finished packet in about seven weeks. Filing it with the state from there takes you roughly ten minutes.

Do you file it with the state for me?

We assemble the complete Certificate of Publication packet — both affidavits included — and send it to you ready to file. You sign it, enclose the $50 state fee, and mail it to the Department of State. We include the exact address and step-by-step instructions.

My LLC isn't in Albany County — can you still help?

Yes. We serve LLCs in every New York county. If your office is in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island, Long Island, Westchester, Buffalo, Rochester or anywhere else in the state, your flat price is $375 and we handle everything needed to publish at Albany's rates — often saving well over $1,000 against downstate newspaper prices. How that works.

Is this a one-time cost, or does it repeat?

One-time and permanent. Once your LLC has published and filed its Certificate of Publication, it never has to publish again — there is no renewal and no recurring fee.

What if you don't deliver?

You get every dollar back. Our 100% money-back guarantee is simple: you receive your complete, ready-to-file packet, or you are refunded in full — not just our fee.

Do I need a lawyer, a registered agent, or a new address?

None of the three. There's nothing for you to set up and no subscription to keep paying. You give us your LLC details once, and we take it from there.

I'm already past the 120-day deadline. Is it too late?

No — it's never too late. Missing the deadline suspends your LLC's authority to do business, but it doesn't dissolve the LLC and your contracts stay valid. Publishing late cures the suspension completely, with no penalty fee. More on the deadline.
