- How do I change my New York LLC's address?
- The address the state mails legal papers to (the address for service of process) changes with a Certificate of Change: form DOS-1359-f for a New York LLC (LLC Law §211-A), or DOS-1362-f for an LLC formed in another state (§804-A).
- How much does it cost?
- $99 with us, all in: our $69 fee plus the state's $30 filing fee, which we pay for you.
- Does this change my LLC's county too?
- No, only the address. If the county should change as well, order a county change: the same certificate does both.
