Partner Program Terms

These terms apply to every partner Redstone Castle LLC ("we", "us"), which operates Cheap NY Publication, accepts into its partner program: referral partners, affiliates, wholesale partners and white-label partners. You accept them by using your partner link or placing orders as a partner. Our Terms of Service apply to every order.

1. Your rates

Your commission per paid order, or your wholesale price per service, is what we confirm to you by email when you join. It appears on your private statement page. We may change it with 30 days' notice by email; orders paid before the change keep the old rate.

2. How an order is credited to you

Your link (cheapnypublication.com/r/your-code, or any page with ?ref=your-code) saves your code in the visitor's browser for 30 days. An order paid within those 30 days is credited to you. If the visitor later follows another partner's link, the most recent link gets the credit. An order is not credited if the visitor blocked or cleared cookies, used another browser or device, or never used your link; where it is clear an order came from you, tell us and we will credit it by hand.

No commission is earned on test orders, orders placed by our own team, orders refunded in full, or charged-back payments. A referral partner or affiliate earns nothing on orders for companies it owns.

3. When you are paid

A commission is recorded when the order is paid and becomes payable once the order is 30 days old and has not been refunded. We pay everything payable once a month, by bank transfer or another method we agree with you. If an order is refunded after we have paid its commission, we deduct that amount from your next payout. Partners in the United States give us a Form W-9 before their first payout, and we issue a Form 1099 where the law requires one. You are responsible for your own taxes.

4. How you may promote us

• Tell people you earn a commission when you recommend us, clearly and next to the recommendation.
• Quote only the prices on our site, and never say or imply we are a law firm or connected to the New York Department of State.
• No spam: no unsolicited bulk email, texts or calls, and nothing that breaks anti-spam or telemarketing law.
• Do not bid on "Cheap NY Publication", "cheapnypublication.com" or close variations in search ads, and do not use domains, ads or accounts that could be mistaken for ours.
• No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, ordering through your own link, or other ways of collecting credit you did not earn.

If you break these rules we may end the partnership at once and keep any commission earned through the breach.

5. Wholesale and white label

When you place an order for a client, you confirm the client has authorized the filing and that what you submit is accurate, and you are responsible to us for both. We do the filing work as our Terms of Service describe and use your client's information only to do it. A customer who orders from us directly is our customer.

6. Privacy

Referral partners and affiliates see the date, service and commission of each order they sent, never the customer's name or contact details. Your statement link is private; do not share it. We handle customer information as our Privacy Policy describes.

7. Ending the partnership

Either of us may end the partnership at any time by email. Commissions on orders paid before it ends are paid on the usual schedule, except where it ended because of a breach of section 4.

8. General

You are an independent business, not our employee, agent or joint venturer, and you cannot bind us. Our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commissions paid or payable to you in the 12 months before the claim, and neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential damages. These terms are governed by New York law, and disputes go to the state or federal courts located in New York. We may update these terms by posting a new version here and emailing active partners at least 30 days before it takes effect.
