Is the state fee included?
Yes. $159 is all in: our $99 fee and the state's $60, which we pay to New York in full and never mark up.
Do I need my DOS ID?

Can I cancel?
Yes. A full refund, the state fee included, any time before we file it with the state.
What if the state rejects it?
If it's refused for a reason within our control, we refund you in full. If we file it incorrectly, we correct it and pay any further state fee ourselves.
